Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-15 · Effective for the controlled beta only. These terms are a product-ready draft and must be reviewed, completed with the operating legal entity and support contact, and approved by Mississippi counsel before a public launch.

Marketplace role

ClosingShine provides software that helps people and businesses discover, request, schedule, and document cleaning work. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, ClosingShine is not the cleaning provider, employer, broker, insurer, or agent for either party. Cleaning professionals operate independently and clients decide whom to hire.

Who may use ClosingShine

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful property-cleaning activity. Organization owners are responsible for the team members they invite and the permissions they grant.

Jobs, payments, and disputes

Job details, pricing, availability, and acceptance are supplied by marketplace participants. A booking does not guarantee performance, safety, or payment. Payment processing and subscription features are activated only after the applicable provider agreements, disclosures, and payment flows are live. Participants should document concerns promptly and use the in-app support and dispute process when available.

Professional reputation and verification

Profiles may show completed-work history, reviews, credentials, and earned accolades. Verification is progressive and may include identity, business, insurance, licensing, or background-check information where appropriate. A verification label reflects the specific checks completed; it is not a guarantee of future conduct or workmanship.

User content and safety

You retain ownership of content you submit, including property photos and job notes, and grant ClosingShine permission to host and share it only as needed to operate the marketplace. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, invasive, or unsafe material. Never use job details to harass, solicit outside the agreed work, or expose an occupied property to risk.

Suspension and changes

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity. We may update these terms before a public launch; material changes will be presented through the service when legally required.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. ClosingShine does not promise that a cleaner, client, job, review, credential, or outcome will meet a particular need. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Questions about these beta terms can be raised with the test coordinator. A formal support contact and dispute notice address will be published before public availability.
